Bryan Simpson
Modern American eclectic singer-songwriter Bryan Simpson is an artist whose sound unnervingly explores an evocative amalgamation of southern folk, bluegrass, classic country and indie eclecticism, with the playful swagger, relatable storytelling, and thoughtful introspection of his heroes which include John Hartford, Tom T Hall, Jeff Tweedy, and of course Bob Dylan.
Bryan’s songs have netted praise from all corners: The Huffington Post wrote “Bryan’s original undertakings are reminiscent of the whimsical and whip-smart work by David Byrne and Jim James”. While SeattlePi claims Simpson’s music echoes “Bowie, and Beck in the melodies, moods, and arrangements. The quest is entertaining and thought-provoking.” His genre-spanning career has included making records and touring as a singer/songwriter with luminaries as diverse as The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, bluegrass giant Ricky Skaggs and Mumford and Sons.
Since leaving his hometown of Ft Worth Texas with only a fiddle, guitar, mandolin and a box fan to his name, Simpson has had many of his original songs recorded by country music stand outs like Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Hailey Whitters, Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Brandy Clark, Old Dominion, Stephen Wilson Jr., with several of them ending up with a number 1 beside their name on the Billboard and Music Row charts. He has also been awarded NSAI’s prestigious award of “10 Songs I wish I’d Written”. His songs have easily totaled over 500 million streams at this point.
This year Simpson released his first record under his own name. “The Oldest”, released in April, is a concise 11 songs in length, produced by Eddie Spear (Zach Bryan/Brandi Carlisle) and takes Simpson’s shade tree kaleidoscopic storytelling center stage.

Chris Canterbury
It’s not necessarily the song, it’s the story. That’s how Nashville-based singer-songwriter Chris Canterbury has always approached songwriting.
Born and raised in North Louisiana, Chris began writing songs and stories about life from a unique but oddly-familiar point of view. Songs about liquor stores, truck stops, low-rent motels, and the grifters and transients that frequent them. He takes a critical look at some of the topics that often get discarded in the writing room, and he presents them as though they’re a casual kitchen conversation.
Chris has toured the country for the last 2 decades, sharing the stage with the likes of Guy Clark, Steve Earle, Chris Knight, and many others. It doesn’t matter if it’s a pool hall or a theater, a festival or a front porch, Chris’s live sound is the whiskey-laden narrative that anyone with a struggle can relate to.

ABOUT DAN SMALLEY: Dan Smalley may just now be making a name for himself, but he already sings with the voice of experience. And he’s got the bullet scars to prove it. The Alaska native who came of age in Shreveport, Louisiana, sings his confessional, soul-baring songs with deep conviction. Mando Saenz
Every once in a while, a veteran artist manages to tap into a new creative wellspring, discovers an exciting sound, and the floodgates open. Such was the case for Mando Saenz on his latest release, All My Shame. On this dynamic new album, Saenz fully embraces his pop and classic rock influences for the first time in his career — while still staying true to his Texas songwriting roots. It’s a bold new statement for the Nashville-based artist, and the culmination of his career as a journeyman writer and musician.
“This record was always about making something new as opposed to just being my next record,” Saenz says of the new album, which was produced by former Wilco co-founder and drummer Ken Coomer. “I wanted to take chances creatively with this one, and when Ken fairly soon into the recording process that Ken and I were catching something special that was a departure for me but held true to my artistry.”
Having spent nearly fifteen years as a professional musician, Saenz knows the highs and lows of the songwriter’s life as well as anyone. He’s seen his industry — and adopted hometown — radically transformed during the last decade, as gentrification and the streaming music economy take hold and musical preferences change. Yet you can still find him holding court and playing live at old Nashville haunts like Bobby’s Idle Hour.
Saenz, who grew up in various locales across the US as an Army brat, cut his musical teeth in the Houston alt-country scene of the early aughts, writing in the story-song tradition of Lone Star luminaries like Guy Clark, Ray Wylie Hubbard and Jerry Jeff Walker. His first three solo albums — Watertown (2005), Bucket (2008), and Studebaker (2013) — leaned toward the country-folk stylings of his Texas heroes while showcasing an occasional rock tinge. All My Shame retains the sharp, detailed lyricism of his early albums, while confidently moving into the poppier, more melodic realms of Tom Petty, Big Star, Ron Sexsmith, and indie stalwarts the Shins. “I didn’t realize how many other influences I had that would inform the project until after the fact,” Saenz says.
For this project, Saenz, who was one of Carnival Music’s first artists to land a recording and publishing deal, has worked with several Music City songwriters, penning tunes for the likes of Miranda Lambert, Lee Ann Womack and Aubrie Sellers, among others. Regarding his choice of producer, Saenz had worked with the Grammy-nominated Coomer on several of their own various side projects. He knew Coomer had a knack for taking a song, tweaking it, and then catapulting it to another level. Such is the case with the stark standout track “Cautionary Tale,” a tune Saenz co-wrote with acclaimed singer/songwriter Zach DuBois.

Meg McRee
Originally from Sugar Hill, GA, Meg McRee is a Nashville based artist and songwriter. Her journey with music began at the age of 5, starting violin lessons after hearing a fiddle on the radio. In addition to playing classical violin in symphony orchestras growing up, she taught herself guitar and sang in church regularly.
While attending Vanderbilt University on an academic scholarship, she realized the pull to pursue music further was too strong to ignore. Without a car in Nashville, she took multiple internships on Music Row, walking back and forth to 16th Avenue between classes. Upon graduation she got a job waiting tables, nannied, and began co-writing and playing writer’s rounds around town on her nights off.
Meg is passionate about creating fresh sounds and lyric while still honoring the tradition of country music: telling the truth. She is currently working on her debut project and is thrilled to be signing her first publishing deal at Hang Your Hat Music, a co-venture between Hillary Lindsey and Concord Music Publishing.

Nate Fredrick
A native Missourian, Nate learned to play guitar after his dad brought one home—that he never learned to play—when Nate was 12. But he didn’t start writing songs until a decade later.
“A friend and I were running from the police one night, and I accidentally fell off a cliff,” Nate says. “During the two-year recovery process, I started actually making music instead of just playing music. The first show I ever had, I played with my jaw wired shut.”
His bluesy Americana style is the result of influences such as Guy Clark Creedence Clearwater Revival and Van Morrison to name a few. Fredrick wrote more than 100 songs while writing for of his debut album Different Shade of Blue released February 26th 2021.
“Nate Fredrick’s Different Shade of Blue Reflects maturity”
-Americana Highways-“
The level of introspection is as reassuring as hearing some friendly advice
”-American Songwriter-“
"Different Shade of Blue is first and foremost a country album, but its bluesy edges, steel guitar flourishes, and Van Morrison-style airiness make it unlike anything else in the genre at this moment in time.“

Nick Walsh
Nick Walsh has already begun to establish himself as a country music singer/songwriter with a bright future. From being raised in Lyndon, Kansas with a population of 1,000, Walsh knows how to craft genuine lyrics that resonate with those living a small town lifestyle.
Additional info:A talented, musician from Lyndon, Kansas, Nick is a former football player for Kansas State UniversityWho is Nick Walsh? Well, Nick is a singer-songwriter from Lyndon, Kansas. Lyndon is home to about 1,000 folks who grew up like Nick — raised with a small-town mentality that is plain as day in his lyrics.
Truthful thoughts and visions of a flatland lifestyle, his debut track “Heartbreak Town” tells the story of just how hard it is to get over someone you can’t get away from. Taking the long route around town to have the time for your heart to heal.
The question, though, is the journey the healing part or is the journey and it’s path to avoid the one who broke your heart? We think it is probably a little bit of both. The song is gritty, straightforward and emotional in it’s styling.Walsh penned this one as well as had it produced by none other than Erik Dylan. When a guy like Erik Dylan takes a shine to ya, you know you got something. Erik only works with guys that have that the “it” factor. That realness in what they do that makes you really feel their music. So when he throws himself in your corner you are bound to have as good of a shot as any to achieve greatness. Before his songwriting journey began, becoming a professional football player was Walsh’s plan. He was a Kansas State football walk–on beginning in 2012 and soon became a starting punter, which earned him a scholarship in 2015. After his college career, Walsh signed with an NFL agent, which lead to training with 24–year NFL Kicker John Carney in Carlsbad, California.
However, his dream of becoming a professional football player was side–tracked while partaking in a pro day that had every NFL team in attendance. During the 40–yard dash, Walsh blew out his hamstring, causing him to get uninvited to mini camps, as well as a workout with the Kansas City Chiefs. His plan was rehabilitation so he could try out the next year, but a few weeks later, his family home burned down and they lost everything. Walsh transformed this string of bad luck into a positive and believes they gave him a new perspective on life making him realize he loves music more than football.
Walsh moved to Nashville just three months later and began working with Dylan, and the rest – as we say – is history. Keep on the lookout for more live music to drop. This is just the beginning of the road for Nick and we can’t wait to see where those twists and turns take him.

From his childhood in the mountains to his time in the South Carolina Lowcountry, it was this melting pot of sounds and rhythms that formed his musical sensibilities. Sarah Allison Turner
What’s in the name? Well, the answer is personal for country singer-songwriter Sarah Allison Turner. Born in the mountains of Bluefield, West Virginia, her unique moniker came from parents who thought “it sounded like a cool stage name,” she says with a laugh. It is no surprise music has been a part of Sarah’s destiny from the beginning.
Her first memory of music is her dad playing cover songs on the guitar at 4 years old. She began piano lessons the same year and honed her skill for singing in church where her grandfather was the pastor. A few years later she started her first band and while they never performed a single show together, it was then that Sarah knew music was always going to be part of her life — she just didn’t quite know how. “Music was something I was always around,” says the woman who calls LoreDa Lynn her hero. “Besides my dad playing and singing around the house, I’m pre0y sure everyone in my family can play an instrument and sing. It’s like a Turner family rite of passage or something.”
A moment on the floor of her bedroom closet when she was 15-years-old changed everything. She had been writing poems there and, eventually, she started putting music to those words. When her dad overheard the process, she reluctantly played him the first song she finished called “Letter To You.” His response set the trajectory for the rest of Sarah’s career. “There’s a place in Nashville called the Bluebird Café,” he said at the time. “If you write two more songs, I’ll take you to Nashville.”
Discovering songwriting and her beloved Bluebird Café that day led to the realization that Music City was indeed where she belonged. In 2011, she moved to Murfreesboro, TN — a few miles outside of Nashville — to attend Middle Tennessee State University, but she jokes she found herself in Music Row more often than on campus.

Sonia Leigh
Sonia Leigh’s sound is a bit like Bruce Springsteen, Melissa Etheridge, and The Killers smashed with the lip curl, growling swag of Joan Jett. She brings that same wild fire to her live shows, keeping your ear tuned in to her prolific lyrics that evoke a visceral response.Sonia made her country catapult on Zac Brown's Southern Ground Records in 2011 with “My Name Is Money” hitting top 40 on billboard hot 100 charts. Followed up landing two #1 songs for Zac Brown Band with “Goodbye in Her Eyes” and “Sweet Annie” on their grammy winning record Uncaged.
Recent independent leaps span genres weaving into Americana, pop, alt-rock, and even hip-hop. Her 2018 full length release titled Mad Hatter showcases her production skills and versatility with easy flow. In 2020 here single “Give You Love” offers a sweeter pop side that sways and bleeds. Then a quick surprise followed up with “King Without a Kingdom” feat. Rob The Man that swings with a hard grunge rock fist. In December 2021 the rerelease of “1978 December” produced by Roger Taylor (drummer for the rock band Queen) shows the song in a more cinematic light and highlights her piano skills. This is no surprise to her fans, musical fluidity have always been a catalyst for Sonia’s creativity.
She has toured the world with the likes of Eric Church, Melissa Etheridge, BONES UK, Zac Brown Band, Uncle Kracker, Brett Young, Michael Ray, Eli Young Band and shared stages with legends such as Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn, and Joan Jett.
In 2019 she caught the eye of BMG New York and quickly signed on as song writer. Her music has been featured on hit T.V. shows, promo’s, feature films and video games, rapidly gaining her a name in the music sync world. Sonia’s conviction can hush a room and shake the walls with her raw, raspy energy, squeezing every drop out of the stage. She is currently touring and working on her new album due out 2022.
